Who are we looking for?

Our new Real Estate Office Manager is a leader who will handle all functions of our office. Must be self-motivated, have strong customer service, organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to problem solve. Must also be proficient on the computer, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint in addition to CRM applications and Social Media. A can-do, pleasant attitude and the ability to work independently is a must.

An Executive Assistant is deeply committed to supporting the lead agent in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team. As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the lead agent’s business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.

Communications/Interactions

The Real Estate Office Manager reports directly to the Team Lead and is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily running and management of a team of five (4 Realtors and 1 Transaction Coordinator).

Essential duties and responsibilities

Duties include managing phone and e-mail communications, oversight of routine updates to websites, managing the team’s calendar and other social media and staff management.
