My wife and I first met Keri Hall at an open house about a year before we bought our house. Keri made us feel at ease when we explained we were “just looking” as we recently extended our apartment lease. She totally understood. She explained that she would be ready to help whenever we were ready to begin looking. She offered to email us home listing that matched our “must haves” should we be interested in familiarizing ourselves with the city (we are new to San Antonio), properties, taxes and schools for our young children. She did not call us, but never failed to forward listings of homes.

When it came time to buy, Keri was always responsive to our needs. If we wanted to see one home, she was ready. If we wanted to see five homes, she always managed to schedule our visits when we needed.

Within one month of starting our search, Keri was able to find us the perfect home! And she did that by paying attention to our needs. She guided us every step of the way, saved us time by electronically forwarding documents we needed to sign, explained everything we were signing, helped us by setting up financing with one of the best loan offices and load officers in town (Schervy Ortiz from Southwest Funding), and closed the deal right on time right when she said we would!

If you need a real estate agent to help you find not just a house, but a home, Keri Hall can help you every step of the way!

I have worked with Sonia and team Excel for the past 11 years. Every time we have a great home buying/selling experience. Sonia’s attention to detail, impeccable negotiation skills and ability to calmly and efficiently walk you through every part of the process is why my family continues to hire her for our real estate needs.
